What we collect
When you complete our sign-up form we store:
- Your first name and email address (required).
- Your Instagram handle, if you choose to provide it.
- Your three quiz answers (coaching stage, biggest frustration, desired outcome).
- Whether you opted in to marketing emails, and when.
- Campaign information from the link you arrived through (e.g. UTM parameters, ad click IDs) and the referring website.
We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
- To give you access to the free framework and point you to our community.
- To understand which campaigns bring coaches to the site.
- To send marketing emails — only if you ticked the optional consent box.
Service providers
Form submissions are stored in a secure cloud database hosted by our website platform provider. Retention
